Tara Munro

Tara has over 10 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry. Her career started as a Swimming Coach, Strength and Conditioning coach and Personal Trainer. Since then Tara graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science, Nutrition.

Over the course of her career she has trained many clients with a wide range of abilities and goals. She has helped over 350 clients with their nutrition leading to success in weight loss and muscle gain.

Tara is passionate about all areas of health, wellness and physical training. She loves group fitness and teaches Pilates and Yoga regularly. She believes that a combination of Pilates principles and the movement and mindfulness achieved through a regular yoga practice are key for overall vitality and injury prevention. She loves leading people through these practices and seeing her clients get stronger both physically and mentally over time.
