Move4Life was created to make sure clients are making the necessary progression needed to reach their goals. The program is run through small group sessions. It is designed for clients who have chronic and ongoing conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis and/or issues related to balance. The main exercises involved are strength based and therefore it is ideal for people starting in the gym or feeling as though they need ongoing assistance with exercise technique, progression and/or motivation.

We design an individualised program which we monitor to make sure you are continually making progress and moving closer to your goals.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO GET STARTED?

  • Before you get started with our Move4Life Program we recommend the following:

  • Book in for a 1 on 1 assessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists

    • To discuss goal setting

    • To go through your medical history

    • Set you up with an individualised program.

  • Bring a towel.

  • Bring a water bottle.
