The Move4Cancer program is designed to assist people managing the effects of cancer and cancer related treatments. Our accredited Exercise Physiologists aim to equip you with the requisite knowledge and practical skills to be able to rehabilitate, maintain or improve your overall physical and functional health. “I joined Movement 4 Health in November 2020, initially as part of their Move 4 Cancer program (recommended by the Icon Cancer Centre )  I received a plan which was personalised to my own needs based on my health for fitness and recovery. This has been reviewed regularly at my one-on-one appointments, and I’m getting stronger every month.

I completed the program, and then joined up as a member. The whole team treat you with care and respect, and there’s always a friendly face to help you through your program.

I never thought I’d be comfortable in a gym setting, I’ve started going to the gym at 50, but I can honestly say the ongoing motivation and friendly support is why I stay.

I highly recommend Movement 4 Health if you’re looking for an Exercise Physiologist.”
