Movement 4 Health strives to give patients the best possible treatment experience. We offer a range of services to anyone with or without a health condition who wants to improve their health and fitness through an exercise intervention. We offer services for chronic pain management, weight loss, sports performance, neurological disease, heart health and rehabilitation, pre and post-natal exercise, bone health and osteoporosis, metabolic health and exercise for cancer.

Movement 4 Health also offers a range of options for those interested in participating in group exercise. See below for more details.

Move4life

The Move4Life program is run through small group class’s designed for clients who have chronic and ongoing conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis and/or issues related to balance. The program is ideal for people starting in the gym or feel as though they need ongoing assistance with their exercise regime, motivation or technique.

Movement 4 Health offers bulk billed diabetes self-management classes. These classes are based on the national standards for diabetes self-management and are designed to provide the support and information needed to empower persons with diabetes to manage their condition and reduce potential disease complications

MOVE4NEURO

Our Move4Neuro Program is a program specifically designed for people with a diagnosed neurological condition; such as Acquired Brain Injury, stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinson’s. Delivered by our exercise physiologists, the aim of Move4Neuro is to decrease the barriers and limitations that can arise for people with a neurological condition.

Move4veterans

The aim of this program is to improve our Veterans physical and mental health through structured individual, group and education sessions. Move4Veterans is tailored towards those with chronic pain and ongoing complex conditions. To join our Move4Veterans group you need to get a D904 referral from your GP and book an initial assessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists.

The Move4Cancer program is designed to assist people managing the effects of cancer and cancer related treatments. Our accredited Exercise Physiologists aim to equip you with the requisite knowledge and practical skills to be able to rehabilitate, maintain or improve your overall physical and functional health.
