Our services can be paid for privately with rebates available for clients covered under private health insurance. Depending on your provider and level of coverage, you may be eligible. For more information about rebates please contact your private health insurer.
PRIVATE GROUP EXERCISE
Group sessions can be paid for privately with rebates available for clients covered under private health insurance. Group services are available to anyone who wants to improve their general health, including those dealing with chronic pain, diabetes, neurological conditions and heart conditions.
MEDICARE
Medicare cardholders may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral which must be obtained by a General Practitioner. This referral allows us to work with your GP to determine the best care plan and report on any progress. For more information feel free to contact us or Medicare.
NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme is a way of providing support to Australians with disability. The NDIS is a Government run program designed to help people achieve their goals. As an insurance scheme, the NDIS takes a lifetime approach providing for all Australians under the age of 65 with a permanent of significant disability.
Movement4Health is a registered provider for the NDIS. We can assist by helping you to understand NDIS, how it works, and process involved. If you are eligible for NDIS or have been approved for treatment, contact us on 0478 178 702.
DVA
Clients with a Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) card are bulk-billed. There is no out-of-pocket expense for our sessions, however, client will require a doctors referral for treatment.
WORK COVER
Clients eligible for work cover are bulk billed for all services. No out-of-pocket expenses will be incurred. A doctor referral and compensation claim number will be required. The level of treatment provided is determined by the type of injury being treated.
