The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a way of providing support to Australian’s with disability. The NDIS is a Government run program designed to help people achieve their goals. As an insurance scheme, the NDIS takes a lifetime approach providing for all Australians under the age of 65 with a permanent of significant disability.


Movement4Health works with a number of clients who have funding with the NDIS, and we would love to work with you. We can assist by helping you to understand NDIS, how it works, and process involved.

If you are an NDIS participant and have been approved for either ‘Capacity Building or ‘Improved Health & Wellbeing’ in your NDIS plan, you can access Exercise Physiology services.  We work with you to increase your physical well-being, by providing tailored exercise plans specific to your goals and individual needs.
