DANIEL BULLOCK
AEP, ASE, PT
Daniel graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science before completing a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt University. Since then Daniel has gained experience across the domains of neurological, metabolic, cardiac rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions of both a chronic or acute nature.
Daniel knows, through his own and client experiences, that exercise prescription has a vast array of benefits and that treatment interventions need to be developed specific to individual barriers such as family, work, study, and lifestyle commitments.
Daniel enjoys seeing how exercise as medicine can be used to treat a certain condition while simultaneously resulting in other benefits such as improvements to quality of life, energy levels, sleep quality, physical and mental health status, and overall well-being. Daniel is motivated by seeing the positive benefits of exercise that his clients experience.
