At Movement 4 Health Gym & Allied Health Centre we have membership options to suit everyone’s needs.
No matter where you are on your health and fitness journey, we have a membership option to suit your needs. Choose from flexible no lock-in direct debit memberships, discounted fixed-term memberships (as below), or upfront memberships. Whether you are after independent gym access, supervised exercise, or ongoing support from our Exercise Physiologists there is an option that is right for you.
All memberships have a $150 joining fee which goes towards three discounted appointments with one of our exercise physiologists to assess, introduce and prescribe an exercise program for you.

24/7 access only available for 18 years and over.
