Aaron graduated from the Queensland university of technology with a bachelors degree of exercise physiology and exercise science in 2021. He was also given the opportunity to partake in a scholarship over to Brazil in 2019 for further study. Since graduating, he has worked with a wide range of clients within the field of exercise physiology. He has previously worked with a mobile health service which specialised in mountain bike training and exercise prescription for ndis patients. He prescribes for many different conditions, ranging from cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic, respiratory, musculoskeletal and mental health.
Aaron understands that exercise is medicine and that it should be tailored to the individual and their desires goals and interests. He participated in a variety of activities ranging from resistance training, bouldering, mountain biking and Jiu-Jitsu. Having gone through his own rehab journey, he recognises the challenges and benefits involved with exercise.
He is a clinician that wants to inspire patients to find their passion for exercise and to continue to improve their physical and mental health
